“Wir verlebten eine wunderbare Woche in Prementura im Hause von Sasha, der ein zuvorkommender und immer hilfsbereiter Gastgeber war. Seine Empfehlungen machten unseren Istrienaufennhalt noch unvergesslicher ( Restaurantempfehlung und vor allem die Bootstour). Das Haus mit Pool war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage haben wir sehr genossen, beide Küsten (östl.und westll.) waren fussläufig gut zu erreichen.Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder.”

“Wunderschöne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem, was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt braucht. Sehr gute Küchenausstattung, gute Betten und bequeme Sitzmöbel. Unser "Sehnsuchtsort" Nationalpark Kap Kamenjak ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen, etliche Restaurants und ein gut sortierter Laden sind im Ort. Wir empfehlen das Apartment uneingeschränkt weiter! “A sink was clogged after a few days. The first attempt at repair failed because the repairer did not install a sealing ring, so that the water flowed out of the pipe and landed on the floor. Only a second attempt at repair was successful. The apartment's dishwasher does not clean properly. The landlord tried to clean up the situation with vinegar, which only helped to a limited extent. Dishes came out of the machine sometimes dirtier than before. The refrigerator was dirty when it was handed……

“we had a great time staying. location is within minutes from small square with shops and restaurants and supermarket. Nearest beach about 10min walk which was lovely and had sunloungers. Check in and check-out was easy and very friendly. There is air-con but only in the living rooms and on hot nights it was difficult for the air to reach the bedrooms. “Netter Vermieter der uns alles gezeigt hat und sehr nett war. Waren eine Nacht dort und fühlten uns gut aufgehoben. Der Zustand der Türen war etwas bedenklich und der Kühlschrank leider immer wieder sehr laut aber alles in allem ein guter Platz für ein paar Nächte. Liegt auch in super Reichweite zu Fuß zu zahlreichen Restaurants, dem Park Kamenjak und dem Hauptplatz Premanturas. ”
