The HDTV is connected to a streaming Blu-ray player with Netflix for entertainment.
The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, and the full bath includes a tub/shower and double vanity, with an additional vanity in the toilet room. Respect the tranquility of the neighborhood, adhering to noise restrictions after 10 pm. The vacation rental is in a neighborhood with permanent residents, and any complaints regarding noise, activities, or trespassing that disturb neighbors may result in immediate action.
Check-in starts at 4 pm, and early check-ins must be arranged in advance. Similarly, late check-outs require prior notification. Smoking is only allowed outside.
