The property is old and historic so don’t expect a lot of upgrades. Small room and tiny bathroom. But it’s a great location and love the overall feeling of the hotel.

Carpet on stairs appeared to be original. I had to use the fan to reduce hallway noise. The sink made a noise when other rooms were using their water.

Great old hotel right in the middle of downtown Prescott. Sure the rooms are a bit small but that's part of the charm. Very helpful staff and good facilities. Well worth the money and if another trip to Prescott ever occurs will be sure to stay here again.

Lovely hotel in the centre of historic Prescott. Friendly staff. Room was clean and tidy. Close to walk to Whiskey row. Large parking lot across the street. Ideal.

Super cute and vintage. That includes the rooms and furniture within! My room was very small but I was traveling solo so that was no biggie. Amazing location, right in the middle of everything!

The room was an adequate condition. The towel rack was loose, and the rooms were very small. The elevator and lobby conditions were quaint and comfortable. Good location to other dining options.. We felt the dining was expensive and opted to eat elsewhere.

Overall, this was a great property. If you want a brand new hotel, stay at a chain hotel. The elevator was original and could only be operated by an employee. The interior was beautiful and well maintained. Rooms are smaller than a chain hotel, but people were smaller in 1927 when the hotel was built. Highly recommend with its history and its great staff.

Pros- The staff made this stay a 11+. I have traveled quite a bit, and the hospitality is above what I have experienced in other hotels. Dogs welcome, I have a lab, and it wasn’t an issue. Proximity to everything is a 10+. The grand room is very cozy, and beautiful with good energy. Cons- As another traveler noted, This is an old hotel, and while it is kept beautifully, the walls are thin. You can hear EVERYTHING. I had a hard time sleeping. Updated cooling, but it was very loud. I would recommend getting your room super cold, then shutting it off around 9ish. Otherwise you’ll jump out of your bed every time the system starts up. (Imagine a jet.) The toilet closet. I’m 5 9’ and had to sit sideways since my knees hit the wall. Crazy. ( people were smaller back in the day.) Would I stay again, probably not, but I would drop by for the live music, or a bite to eat.

Quaint and beautiful! We had a lovely stay and even got to see live music out on the veranda. So close to Whiskey Row and all the best parts of Prescott are right outside your door! The people are so friendly! This will be my new place I stay when I’m in town.
