We loved the restaurant. Excellent service, excellent menu, and excellent food. Our Queen Bed room was tiny. We were getting into each other's way. The water pressure in our shower was just one step above a trickle. And the AC worked well, but was very loud when it blew air.

Great experience if you are looking for a historic hotel near the Courthouse and Whiskey Row. Lots of charm and friendly staff. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and a/c worked great. Bathroom was tight and not recommended for older adults. We enjoyed happy hour and live music every evening.

I love this historic hotel! The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The Peacock Room has great dining options and you can walk to so many places like the Sharlott Hall Museum, restaurants, and shopping.

There were way too many stairs for older people and because you have to wait for someone to take the elevator my husband actually tripped down the stairs in the evening. Not having a microwave or fridge in the room maybe it very difficult so Betty building itself was beautiful in historic, just not for us

My wife accidentally left a blouse in the closet. It was purchased in Greece and not expensive, but special to her. Really appreciate housekeeping (Kumiko) and front desk (Jade) for retrieving it and mailing it to us. Thank you!

They would not give me a refund or change my date there was a mix up about the date i will never stay here or use expedia ever again expedia never sent me an itinerary before the date that was wrong if they did i would have canceled

The bed appeared to be more of a full size instead of queeen size and the vip comp bottle of wine that was mentioned wasnt there either, but aside from that everything was great! Very friendly staff and everything was nice and clean.
