Looking to cool off hot Summers in Arizona? Come to our vacation cabin in Prescott Arizona at 7000 ft elevation. Beautifull lush forest of Ponderosas, Pines, Aspen trees... Relax and enjoy cool temperature, bring your ATVs and take a ride or hike to Prescott National Forest, rent a boat at Lynx lake, only 30 min to downtown Prescott Restaurants, shopping. Enjoy watching wild life: Deers, Fox, Turkeys... Private setting on 2 acres, brand new cabin just been built with all modern amenities.
This spacious modern cabin relaxing mountain retreat for any family or friend getaway. The cabin is located by Potato Patch (Waker Rd) offering incredible wild life sightings and hiking right out your door!

Historic downtown Prescott is just a quick 30 minute drive, so you’ll be close to shopping, great food and bars on Whiskey Row. During your stay enjoy the Wi-Fi, smart TV and grill.

Located close to 3 lakes, numerous hiking and biking trails. Perfect place to enjoy the great outdoors or cozy up by the fireplace. Bring your mountain bike and hiking shoes or just relax at this peaceful cabin in the mountains. Have fun viewing squirrels, deer, wild turkeys and variety of birds from the living room.

Luxury cabin offers the perfect getaway for couples or families. This 4 bedrooms has a CA king bed in master bedroom, Queen size bed in bedroom 2, two full beds in bedroom 3 and King bed and bunks beds in bedroom 4 (loft). Three smart TV's are in great room, master and loft. From the front door you enter into a large open floor plan consisting of dining, kitchen, great room with 24 ft ceilings. Large windows bring great natural lighting.

Neighborhood highlights
Comstock Mine is located about 30 miles from the Prescott Court house, Whiskey Row. It consists of unique custom homes and cabins. Quaint neighborhood. This area is popular for mountain biking, hiking and ATV. Winter months bring a beautiful winter wonderland to this area. Snow does accumulate so be prepared during winter of any weather advisories. 4 wheel drive required winter time to get to cabin, approx 4 miles of unpaved roads with steep inclines. Enjoy Potato Patch community park offering volleyball court, swings, Gazebo, BBQ area..

Stunning Design Await! True mountain getaway! 7,000 ft elevation- 15 min from LYNX lake, 20 min from Costco and shopping, 30 min from downtown.
Temperatures at the cabin are typically 35 degrees cooler than Phoenix, AZ and 5-10 degrees cooler than even downtown Prescott!

4 WD or Rear wheel drive is recommended during times of snow in Prescott. During the summer months a high clearance vehicle is recommended since the road the home is off of is a bit bumpy the last few miles.
This family friendly lodge comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests with 2700 square feet, 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The back patio has a serene view of the pines of the Forest for you to enjoy from the deck while deer occasionally roam through the yard. There is plenty of room to unwind and bond with your friends and family inside with a full service kitchen. You are sure to make lasting memories here.

At Comstock Mine cabin your family and friends will gather together after a day of hiking, fishing, kayaking in one of the three nearby lakes, mountain biking, hunting or strolling by the many shops and restaurants along historic Whiskey Row.

This spacious cabin offers many opportunities for making memories together with a large living room complete with a gas fireplace and smart TV, large dining table for 10 people to enjoy the meals you make in the full service kitchen.

The back patio provides ample room to BBQ on the propane grill, eat together, play some board games and relax in the hammock.

Neighborhood highlights
Surrounded by tall trees and the occasional deer that come through the property, this cabin is a peaceful, safe, outdoor oasis in a residential area.
Getting around
You can hike or bike all around the Prescott National Forest straight from the front door or you can hope in the car and take a short drive to local lakes, stores and many historic places.
Comstock cabin is on a septic system. Please do not flush personal hygiene products.

Beautiful and Peaceful Cabin

Our stay was great. Nice quiet neighborhood. Beautiful house and big driveway. We were able to get 5 cars on it. It was perfect for our group. Olga was very helpful whenever we texted. They also had board games, card games, and enough seating areas outside for all 7 of us. Pretty close to Lynx Lake, too.
