“We were in Prescott for my youngest child’s college graduation. And the casita was just right for us. It was close to everything we needed to get to, had all the confits of home and so many thoughtful special details to make our stay extra comfortable. We loved every day we got to spend there and would highly recommend a stay at Karen and Dave’s quiet little oasis near the town center. ”

“We loved the convenience of being so close to downtown Prescott. We drove to the home and then walked to all of our excursions. Our only issue was the bright sunshine that came through windows of the king bedroom from 6-8am made it difficult to sleep. As long as you bring a eye mask, you’ll love this place.”

“My cocker spaniel and I entered an agility trial in chino Valley and chose this VRBO for four nights. The weather took a turn for the worst and we were grateful for a warm and cozy place to stay. I have no trouble recommending this property - it was everything we needed and so comfortable. The property managers were very good with communication and so accomodating. We had everything we needed and more. I plan to stay here again when we enter agility trials in the fall. Thank you for such a good……
