The staff were great but the property inside & outside was not. Outside the entrance to the parking area was broken up tar and there was a snow plow randomly placed. The main side door was open for anyone to enter and the other side/back door would only allow you to go out. Inside there were multiple room doors left ajar and areas you couldn't access due to construction. The room was large but you couldn't use the jet tub as the stopper didn't work and the jet button was missing. The door deadbolt didn't work because there was no hole for it to go into on the door jam. Until it's fully fixed up I don't see us staying there again.

My car broke down at night near Presque Isle. The hotel staff really helped me out. The night manager called a mechanic for me, gave me a flashlight, and even brought pizza to my room when no deliveries were available. The room was clean and comfortable - just what I needed. I didn't plan to stay here, but I'm glad I did. When you're stuck in a bad situation, good help makes all the difference.

I originally had a reservation at a nearby Hampton Inn, but unfortunately, they refused to honor my Hilton points, which was really disappointing. Frustrated and needing a place to stay, I ended up booking a room here instead—and honestly, I’m glad I did. I didn’t have high expectations going in, but this place really surprised me in the best way. The room was clean, spacious, and honestly better than what I’ve experienced at some bigger-name hotels. The pricing was also excellent—great value for what I got. Customer service was friendly and check-in was smooth. Overall, this turned out to be a great find and I’d definitely consider staying here again in the future.

I had a great stay after many years—the rooms are fully renovated, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast had good variety. I especially appreciated the free water at check-in!

The room was clean and staff was pleasant. Our room was missing a hair dryer and one was delivered to us fairly quickly once we notified the front desk. It is an older facility and you can tell the new owners are working on it.

The property is a bit old and rundown, but we were expecting that. What we weren’t expecting was not being able to get warm! We finally got it to mid-60s by the time we were going to bed, but the heater was like an airplane motor. It was so loud we had to turn it off so we could sleep. We were fine until we had to get out of bed in the morning, but dang it was chilly outside of the covers.

I recently stayed at this property on two separate occasions. Both times I was very satisfied with my room and staff. A huge upgrade from when I had stayed years ago. This past stay I was delayed in Boston for two hours and the desk clerked called me and said she would wait for me. This is not something we see every where and it was appreciated. I would not hesitate to stay again.

Undergoing renovations, however it was clean and staff was very good to me. We were taking early morning flight so we did not get to have breakfast, but was offered it and was told they could make us coffee get us something if we wanted. Overall they are a great overnight for the value.

I stayed at the hotel again for my solar business visit, and it’s clear they’ve put in some effort since my last stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made the experience smooth. I noticed they were painting the restaurant, so it looks like they’re working on updates, though it didn’t really bother me. The free breakfast was decent, nothing fancy, but good enough to grab before heading out. For the price, it’s hard to complain. It’s not perfect, but it’s a practical option for a business trip like mine.

I booked a two night stay, because of the positive reviews from the Expedia site, which must have been part of some kind of promotion for a discount in exchange for a positive review. The property was in terrible condition, and although the rooms had been recently renovated, the curtains didn’t close, there was no room key (only a keypad for which they gave me multiple codes, so I’m pretty sure it was not secure), the heat didn’t work (in February), and the rest of the facility was completely falling apart. It’s outside of town, not convenient to anything, and I didn’t feel safe staying even one night by myself. I immediately checked out and found somewhere else to stay for the night.
