This hotel is grand for an airport stay and a typical Ibis but the receptionist when we arrived was one of the rudest and most unhelpful I have met in 20 years of travel.
I enquired about the airport transfer which I was told after several attempts was €25, left only hourly and I would need to book 24 hours in advance which at check in after 4pm, is highly improbable if not impossible for most. The receptionist was so arrogant and impersonal about the whole exchange I got fed up even trying so just decided to get an Uber which was €5 cheaper and left whenever I wanted to I highly recommend doing the same.
Tony the barman on the other hand was fantastic and head and shoulders above the pompous individual who is the face of your business when arriving.
