“We came into town for a concert. This property wasn’t far from where we needed to be. It served its purpose. We only used VRBO because casino hotels can be hit or miss regardless of price point. The remote to the ceiling fan in the lofted sleeping area was never found. Even though I was told it was there. Not having the ceiling fan in the hottest part of the condo wasn’t ideal. Otherwise everything was a-OK. ”

“Perfect space for two adults but not much more. Stayed here with my dad so we each had our own room & were able to close the doors for privacy. There wasn’t much seating space to eat so the first night we sat on the cute stools in the mini kitchen; breakfast we ate in our respective beds/bedrooms. There’s only one TV which is in the front room but again, no place to really sit other than the bed unless you pull up one of the stools or the desk chair from the other bedroom. The host provided……

“The inside of the apartment is nice and clean but the property is located in a run down area. It is located upstairs. I would not feel safe to walk anywhere outside of the apartment. The host however went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable.”

“This apartment is in a rundown neighborhood, there was no hot water, one of the beds had very worn padding, and there was a smell of cigarette smoke throughout the house. On a positive note, the AC worked great and manager was very nice and communicated quickly. We would not stay here again.”

“I chose this rental for my weeklong stay during a major softball tournament in the Vegas metro area. Essentially, all I need is a bed, a shower, and if there's a washer/dryer, that's a major plus. This spot fit the bill ably. The host is super communicative and very kind - she even brought me more coffee to use! - and you cannot beat the convenience of the locale and the price point. I will note that some of the fit and finish points are works in progress - a couple of the drawers and cabinets……
