The winter views of the Bay from the living room were awesome. I highly recommend you make a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise. A few surprises with the house itself, the most egregious for me was the fireplace pictured is not functional. The hosts have done a nice job with this house and are still……

“We booked this property to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday with our two kids and dog. It was perfect in every way, from the communications with Alicia to the location and lovely neighbors, direct access to the beach, space of the home and layout (The views! The deck!), the amenities, cleanliness, all of it! I even got to catch a sunrise when our dog woke up at 620am. We loved it so much we are now considering trying to get a summer home down here! “The Chesapeake Mansion was even better than it looks on the VRBO listing. Huge house but still managed to feel warm and inviting, never cold or stand-offish. We cooked big dinners for our group of 12 and the kitchen was perfect for that. Billiards room was fun, amazing bar room, also an exercise room. Walking out on the dock was always a treat. With 12 people, folks could always find a place to chill out when they wanted, but we also had big rooms where we could all get together for chatting and……
