Explore a newly constructed three-bedroom basement suite with a ground-level entrance in PG's most desirable area, ideal for up to six guests. Situated near the University and a short walk from Walmart, Save On Foods, and various restaurants. Relish the privacy of your own entrance and the ease of in-suite laundry. The kitchen features a new stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator. For entertainment, Shaw Optik TV and Netflix are provided. Complimentary parking is available for three vehicles.

The Check in was seamless. Felix was quick to reply to any text messages. We did not use the kitchen, only the fridge and coffee maker. The fridge is full sized and clean.

Hello.Just a quick note to say overall our stay at your property was enjoyable and pleased that we each had our own beds. The gal that had the one bedroom that was adjacent your living courters had said it was noisy. She could hear your family through the walls and found it hard to sleep.I had also noticed sounds from upstairs as people walked around. At some times I could hear folks talking.Also, the gate to enter into the backyard was difficult to open.But, it was in a great location, very clean and nice to have it as a brand new suite. As a suggestion, perhaps offer your WIFI for guests to use.SincerelyKathy

The property was perfect no stairs there were lots of extras. The kitchen was well stocked. I thought it was listed as two bathrooms but there was only one. I would recommend it.

Comfortable and clean for a 5 night stay

Great place

This place was a great place to hang out for a weekend super clean and neighbourhood was awesome. Felix was a great host and would definitely be staying there again. Should our path lead to Prince George in the future
