This 7,000 square ft of rental comes with 3 acres and is next door to the historical Lewis Thomas Victorian mansion.

Hey guys I like animals, and they’re welcome but because some guests have allergies we ask for animals to be kept in garage and or kitchen areas.
Congratulations Illinois, Marijuana is Legal and can be smoked in garage only. Tobacco is strictly prohibited anywhere in house $250 fine per room.
We cover 30min of cleaning items brought or moved by guests “trash not in cans, moved furniture, tape on walls” $100 per 30min of extra cleaning.
