“Older cottage, but clean and freshened up with paint. Small, but had everything you needed, including fans in every room, books, games, kitchen ware. Beds were not that comfortable for the older folks, fine for the younger ones. Shared access to kayaks, canoe, and paddle boards was a huge plus! Beautiful spot on Lake St. Catherine, perfect for swimming and boating right from the yard. Two other cottages share the outdoors space and amenities (fire pit, grill, kayaks, swim docks, etc.). “The property is accurately described. It sits directly across from the late July sunset!! So beautiful! A quick boat ride takes you to a couple of restaurant options! The property has plenty of beds and two updated bathrooms! We had a birthday party for a 9-year-old with 10 people. There was plenty of parking for 5 cars!! The lakefront is perfect for swimming, with an Aqua Lily Pad! The kayaks allowed us to view the lakefrontage up close and personal, and the paddleboards were fun!! ……

Very nice place everything you need you can find in this home from cookware to glassware, baking needs.. i was reading lot's of reviews about this property and was worried , poor wifi, low water pressure.. i had none of those problems with 7 people total in the home.. Only thing i could say is this mattresses can use an upgrade .. but I'd definitely come back again especially in The summer.. this place must be amazing!! In the winter 4 by 4 is a must have……

“This cottage on Lake Saint Catherine is perfect for a quiet getaway in a quaint Vermont town, especially if you love to fish or boat. The house has been updated with new kitchen features and a new shower. It has been stocked with a thoughtful supply of kitchen items and linens and was squeaky clean throughout.
