“對於酒店員工十分不滿 首先是態度冷淡並且無法滿足客人要求，由於酒店職員不懂英文，難以溝通，職員會選擇先協助懂西班牙文的客人。 而面對本人所提出之要求，一而再再而三地忽略。本人出門前向櫃枱職員提出要求提供多一個枕頭及暖爐， 職員表示會於清潔房間時放進房間。 其後本人回到房間， 不但沒有完成本人要求， 更收走了早前向櫃枱職員借的風筒！ 本人親身到櫃枱再次表示需求，職員態度欠佳，沒有正面回覆何時會提供所需的物件，你需要多次向職員查詢才有回覆。 當我收到職員提供之暖爐時，我同時要求的枕頭，並沒有提供，又需要我再次向職員查詢！ 我從未試過入住酒店出現類似體驗，本人對此酒店十分不滿！ 位置偏僻，對於旅遊人士絕不友善！”

“The proprietor was fantastically supportive and helpful, even going so far as to take us to the airport in the very early hours of the morning. We could not have asked for a better host. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable and inviting.”

“I stayed in Cusco and had a great experience. The location was convenient, close to the main square, and within walking distance of several local spots worth checking out. The staff was respectful and helpful when I needed anything, and the space itself was clean and well-kept. One thing to note is that Cusco’s altitude hits hard if you're not used to it. I appreciated that coca tea was available. It helped. Overall, it was a solid stay and a good base for exploring the Sacred Valley and……

“The staffs were very friendly and the facility is quite new and clean. The location is very good, not far away from the main square and restaurant and market just nearby. ”

“Good hotel in a great location, very clean with friendly staff. I had altitude sickness, and the staff, especially Erica, went out of their way to help me through it. A nice bonus was that on the day we had to leave at 5 AM for an excursion, they prepared a breakfast box for us. On our last day, they also allowed us a late check-out (for a small surcharge), which was very convenient. The only downside was that, for some reason, the bathroom had a bad smell. Other than that, everything was great……
