“We had a lovely stay in the lower level unit which was just as it looked in the pictures...spacious, clean & comfortable. The Caribbean Sea was right In the backyard with a lovely view. There were a few issues but Eleanor & Steadman addressed them promptly. It's very remote & quiet. Steadman, the Property Manager, was amazing. He's so kind, helpful & an excellent cook. We paid separately for an authentic Jamaican breakfast & dinner - YUMMY! He really made our time in Prospect great! We……

“Property is still under construction and some facilities did not meet expection, however when property is completed it will be superb. It would also be good if breakfast was added to the listing as it was difficult to buy food. Transport needed.”

“After 16 hours of travel Arrived Jamaica night time to be told by accommodation caretaker "no electricity so best not to come". Drove around in taxi trying to find alternative accommodation for the night. Next morning went to view accommodation, NOTHING LIKE DESCRIPTION. Horrible. We expected 1 bedroom entire apartment, instead poky room and share amenities, a guest already there. Looks like building site in front, ugly shack for view. Church almost adjoining which apparently gets really loud.……

“The property is beautifully decorated, homely and the rooms looked even better than the photos- exceeded our expectations. We had slight problems with checking in but both the housekeeper and owner were very helpful, patient and resolved the issue very quickly. We will definitely visit again. ”

“Everyting they say was a lie The washer machin IS BROKEN The AC do not work There is a home less guy that pass by showing is his his private parts TheDryer do not work to dry cloths . The pots and pans are so discussed . i was afraid to cook out of it . it say the entier house .. But there was pleople living there, please do not rent this place , there was no toilet paper , no shampoo or conditioner And so much more”

“This place is a hidden jewel off the beaten path. Mama Joy the real MVP (big up yaself)! She went out of her way to keep us happy she is the real jewel of this property. Her menu to die for and affordable. Safe family neighborhood very good vibes loving community. Bring your fishing rod there is access to the sea off to the side of property. We were there for a couples retreat we all were very happy & could recharge our batteries. House immaculate & clean property full of fruit trees pomegranate……
