“飯店人員很親切，地點位置很好，但設備有點老舊”

“酒店的位置不錯，泊車的地點不太方便，比較難找，而且車位不足。房間的設備有點舊， 早餐的服務不足，整體服務不是4星級酒店的服務水平。”

L'emplacement offrait une grande variété d'options, permettant un accès facile aux attractions animées ainsi qu'à des promenades dans des quartiers plus sereins. L'expérience globale a été formidable. L'atmosphère charmante et familiale de l'hôtel nous a instantanément rappelé nos premières aventures européennes d'il y a plus de vingt ans. Le mélange de confort et de nostalgie……

“The location is a bit far from the center town. The room is big and clean. Yet, the facilities inside the room are not satisfactory. There is a kitchen area next to the living room, the range hood is useless and cause poor ventilation. The staff at the check in counter has explained the house rules but didn't mention about the water heater is a storage type. I had a shower with cold water on my first night which was a terrible experience for me.”

“The room was nice and clean. But we are not allowed to drive into the area near the hotel. We were advised to park the car in a public car park which was about 15 minutes walk from the hotel. And the hotel didn’t provide electric kettle in the room. ”

“Outstanding view and comfortable place! Hotel serves delicious food in cave restaurant. Reasonable price to stay in a castle!!!”
