Checked in with a young lady looking at her phone who appeared to be utilizing it as a mirror. She had a difficult time looking up my Bonvoy # (I’m a Lifetime Platinum Member) and never told me she gave me a handicap room. After checking in the room, I returned and questioned her and she replied “we are sold out”! Never received an apology or any other compensation…Further, I needed to stay a 3rd day, which I booked through the Bonvoy desk. To my surprise on this third day, they locked me out of my room after returning in the afternoon. While getting my keys reprogrammed I was asked for an ID by the new desk attendant. While I fumbled to get my ID, I questioned her “really?” while displaying the two cards and giving her my room # she snappingly stated “did I check you in?”…I assume, her meaning was if I had checked you in you wouldn’t have to show ID. She reprogrammed the cards without me displaying my ID….Imagine that!
