The Space:

KITCHEN/DINING:
This inviting unit features a full kitchen with white cabinetry, smooth countertops, and stainless steel appliances—including a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher—make cooking feel effortless. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a full dinner, you'll find all the essentials: cookware, utensils, dishes, glassware, and even a coffee maker to start your morning right. Alongside the kitchen is a dedicated dining area, at its center is a table with seating up to 6 and surrounded by large windows creating a bright and cozy spot to enjoy breakfast or host a meal.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room is complete with a sleek Smart TV, a stylish gray sofa that easily converts into a queen-size bed, and two fold-out accent chairs that easily transform into two twin beds—ideal for larger groups or families. A stunning original marble fireplace adds a touch of historic charm, and a door offers added privacy if you choose to use the space for sleeping.
SPECIAL NOTE - OUR SLEEPER SOFAS
Not all sleeper sofas are created equal—and trust us, we’ve tested a LOT of them! After a year of searching, sitting, and yes… even napping, we finally found “THE ONE.” These premium sleeper sofas are so comfy that even adults can get a great night’s sleep. We invested over $15,000 upgrading them across our properties, so go ahead—test ours out… you won’t be disappointed!
SLEEPING AREA:
The primary bedroom is spacious featuring a queen bed, matching modern nightstands set with lamps and a white noise sound machine, a dresser and a convenient, dedicated workspace with desk making it easy to catch up on work and emails. A beautifully styled built-in shelf stretches across the wall, great for extra storage.
BATHROOM:
Across is a bright, well-appointed bathroom that features a large walk-in shower, a modern vanity and an in-unit washer and dryer. The bathroom is fully stocked with the essentials that any guest would need including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a hair dryer to ensure a smooth and convenient stay.
THE BUILDING:
From the charming brick exterior to the bright, modern interior, this apartment perfectly blends historic character with fresh, stylish design. It’s in a friendly and safe neighborhood right across from the Ivy league Brown University. The apartment is on the 1st floor, yet there are 4 steps into the building and 3 steps into the apartment. We can accommodate up to 6 guests. Despite the thorough renovations of all our apartments, the building itself remains an older structure and is considered unsuitable for young children. However, if your children are 2 years or older and you understand these considerations, we would be happy to accommodate your stay. There is one off-street parking spot in the lot diagonally across the street from the apartment.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor and shares access to the building through the front door. This front door is shared with the apartments on the 2nd and 3rd floors.
The Neighborhood:
We are located directly across from Brown University, perfect for anyone visiting Brown University or even site seeing. Thayer Street is only a 10 minute walk from our location, which offers a vibrant mix of dining and shopping experiences. Savor the delicious wings at Den Den Korean Fried Chicken , indulge in the second Caffè Nero in Rhode Island , or enjoy a refreshing acai bowl at In The Pink . For shopping enthusiasts, explore the extensive selection at the Brown University Bookstore , discover trendy apparel at Urban Outfitters , and check out the latest releases at the sneaker hotspot Sneaker Junkies. No car needed, this is a beautiful area of the City to walk around. You can easily get an Uber and Lyft if you need though or grab one of the scooters the City offers on any nearby sidewalks.
Other Things to Note:
This apartment is located near Brown University and RISD, which are both vibrant and sometimes lively, so there may be a short period when there is a higher-than-normal volume of pedestrians or cars passing by.
Interaction with Guests:
The building features a shared stairwell but the apartment is exclusive for your private use. There is a shared on-site laundry.
