THE LAYOUT:
This inviting unit features a full kitchen with modern appliances and a charming bay window. Including a full fridge, oven, dishwasher, and more! Alongside the kitchen is a dedicated dining area surrounded by large windows, creating a bright and cozy spot to enjoy breakfast or host a meal. The living room is complete with a sleek Smart TV, a stylish gray sofa that converts into a queen-size bed, and two fold-out accent chairs that easily transform into twin beds—ideal for larger groups or families. A stunning original marble fireplace adds a touch of historic charm, and a door offers added privacy if you choose to use the space for sleeping. This bright, stylish hallway boasts warm wood floors, built-in shelves, and a modern aesthetic that seamlessly flows throughout the apartment. The primary bedroom is spacious, featuring a comfortable queen bed and a convenient, dedicated workspace. A beautifully styled built-in shelf stretches across the wall, great for extra storage. Across is a bright, well-appointed bathroom that features a large walk-in shower and is paired with an in-unit washer and dryer. Thoughtfully designed with a clean, modern layout, this space strikes a perfect balance of comfort, functionality, and style, making you feel right at home.
THE BUILDING:
From the charming brick exterior to the bright, modern interior, this apartment perfectly blends historic character with fresh, stylish design. It’s in a friendly and safe neighborhood right across from the Ivy League Brown University. The apartment is located on the 1st floor, but there are four steps to enter the building and three steps to enter the apartment. We can accommodate up to 6 guests. Despite the thorough renovations of all our apartments, the building itself remains an older structure and is considered unsuitable for young children. However, if your children are 6 years or older and you understand these considerations, we would be happy to accommodate your stay. There is one off-street parking spot in the lot diagonally across the street from the apartment.

The apartment is located on the first floor and shares access to the building through the front door. This front door is shared with the apartments on the 2nd and 3rd floors.

Getting Around:
There is one off-street parking spot in the lot diagonally across the street from the apartment. However, there is no car needed, this is a beautiful area of the City to walk around. You can easily get an Uber and Lyft if you need though or grab one of the scooters the City offers on any nearby sidewalks.
Other Things to Note:
This apartment is located near RISD and Brown University, which are both vibrant and sometimes lively, so there may be a short period when there is a higher-than-normal volume of pedestrians or cars passing by.
Interaction with Guests:
The building features a shared stairwell and a downstairs laundry area, both of which are accessible to all guests. The apartments and deck areas, however, are exclusively for your private use. We want you to feel completely comfortable when booking with us.
