Our on-site living arrangement offers a super clean, comfortable, quiet, and safe environment for busy travelers seeking peace and tranquility during their stay. Please note that we are not a hotel and do not offer any hotel services. Kindly review and observe our house rules.


Our stylish condo is ideal for families of two to four people, business travelers, visiting academics, medical students on rotations, postdocs, researchers, graduate students, and visiting faculty. Whether you're in Providence for a vacation, business, or a conference, our space is perfect for you.

Enjoy free off-street parking for small to midsize sedans/SUVs (no big trucks/vans, please). We are conveniently located just 1.4 miles from Brown, John Wales, and RISD Universities, 0.8 miles from the Rhode Island State House, and 0.7 miles from Providence Place, the downtown shopping mall.



The space
This spacious two bedrooms condo is a fantastic space for your stay in Providence. Comfortably sleeps up to four with two comfortable immaculately clean beds (1 queen size & 1 full size) & lots of special design touches.

This condo is on the 3rd floor, so there 3 flights of stairs to climb and we do not have an elevator. Our property is a 3 story house built on 1900s.

There are a fully furnished: one full bathroom, one full kitchen, one full dining room, one full living room, and one laundry room. You can also enjoy our fully furnished shared backyard garden.

Guest access
Fast Wi-Fi available, so you can catch up with friends or on work at any time.
A fully featured kitchen is available at your disposal.
Gourmet coffee and complimentary tea selection are also available.

Necessities, like fresh towels and linens are provided upon arrival. Additionally, toiletries like shampoo and body wash are provided free of charge.

Other things to note
- Stairs (3 flights of stairs to climb), this condo is on the third floor.
- Luggage drop off: As a courtesy, you can drop off your luggage at our backdoor's entrance before you check-in or leave it there until the evening after check-out.
- Check-in: 4 PM, Guests must provide us with their estimated arrival time at the time of booking or as early as possible.
- Check-out: Guests must check-out by 11 AM on the departure day established in their reservation.
