Guests can opt for a $500 refundable security deposit fee (+$15 transaction fee) or $35 non refundable waiver before providing check-in instructions. Please, no shoes in the house. We kindly ask our guests to understand that in the event of any breach of the house rules, there may be a need for eviction from the property, along with an additional charge of at least $250. This charge will vary depending on the extent of any damages incurred. Your cooperation and understanding are greatly appreciated.
