Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish apartment as the sun dapples through the large south facing windows on the 2nd floor. Sip on a coffee in the well maintained yard or kick back in the recliner as you delve into your book. You will be sure to have a peaceful and relaxing stay in this period feature apartment.

Located in the Armory District (right next to Dexter Park) on the West Side of Providence, it's walking distance from multiple coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and Historic Federal Hill.

Distance to local spots:
- Brown University - 10 mins drive, 18 mins bike ride, 23 mins via bus, 45 mins walk.
- Downtown Providence - 7 mins drive, 10 min bike ride, 17 mins via bus, 32 mins walk.
- Rhode Island Hospital - 9 mins drive, 14 min bike ride, 30 mins via bus, 40 mins walk.
- Miriam Hospital - 15 mins drive, 30 min bike ride, 38 mins via bus, 1.5 hr walk.

Sunny, clean & reasonably priced

Clean, spacious, comfortable firm bed. Neighborhood was convenient. There was some kind of glitch with VRBO which was supposed to send us checkin info.Regardless, the property manager got back to us and told us what to do. The WIFI never did work. Manager said it was a ComCast disruption (for three days) but she did communicate with us about it.

Stayed for Spring break. The property is super cute but the downstairs neighbors are a little noisy. Comfy beds! We stayed for 6 days and it served the purpose!

Spacious accommodations, great location

The place was spacious and clean, and within walking distance of great restaurants and cafes. Farzanah answered all of our questions promptly and helpfully. Parking spot is on the right of the building (as you look at the building) and was very convenient!
