We stayed at The Shore Club in Turks and Caicos, and it was a solid choice. The place is clean, well-kept, and everything worked like it should. Staff was friendly and helpful. Everyone we talked to was polite, knew what they were doing, and didn’t make us feel like a bother. Service was quick and consistent. The food was good across the board. Breakfast was reliable, dinners were well done, and there were enough options that everyone found something they liked. Even the kid ate without a fight. The pool was nice, clean, not overcrowded, and good for both adults and kids. Plenty of chairs and towels, and shade if you wanted it. No complaints there. The beach was beautiful. White sand, clear water, not rocky. Easy to get in and out. Good spot for relaxing or letting the kids play. Overall, The Shore Club is a great place to stay if you want a quiet, comfortable vacation with no major headaches. Would go back without hesitation.

I just stayed at the shore club 04/29/25 - 05/05/25 and it was an absolutely stunning property !!! The staff is absolutely incredible, notable mentions would be the property manager , Rosa the bar tender, Amber the sailing captain, all house keeping staff, and all kitchen staff. From the moment you enter the property you feel like you are in paradise. The food is incredible, the beach is perfect, activities are great. This is the place to stay without a doubt. Will definitely return soon.

10/10 for aesthetics. 4/10 for customer service. 3/10 for food quality and options. The aesthetics were unmatched! Beautiful property, spacious rooms, gorgeous beach. However, the customer service, the quality of food and the food options were horrible. All restaurants serve the same lunch menu and most serves had poor attitudes. The beach was lovely but getting harrassed by jet ski operators disrupted our experience. For a 5 star property, this should not be allowed. We found over all that the staff were just not friendly, not solutions driven, nor were they hospitable (outside of the front desk and a few gems in the restaurants). This property has so much potential but I would only return if they can convince me they’ve done some training with their staff and expanded their amenities. Such a shame because I really tried to love this property.

Everything was great about this property. The only (slight) issue I’d share was the poor WiFi connection around the property. Unfortunately, work was needed to be done while vacationing and it was difficult to connect even though I was right on property. From a vacationing perspective, the property is beautiful. Very relaxing space when you go during week.
