Kitchen well stocked with dishes, appliances and everything needed for cooking family meals. Washer and dryer. Cozy wood burning fireplace and front porch with swing, lights and beautiful views of pine covered mountains. Cool basement with plenty of room for kids to play!

Guests will have access to entire house which includes 4 bedrooms/1 bath upstairs. Living Room, bathroom, den, laundry room and kitchen on main floor. All of basement except utility room and storage room.
Other things to note
Vivian Park where the cabin is located is an State Environmentally Protected Area. There is no dishwasher. The kitchen is fully stocked to cook meals but many guests prefer to bring paper goods. Diapers, wipes, feminine products are not permitted in the toilets. Vivian Park is a subdivision begun in the 1940's. It is a tight knit community where neighbors watch out for each other. You will have neighbors so please comply with the noise curfew between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. We have Roku TV
