Totally renovated 4 bedroom 2 bath home with a hot tub and a large game room located close to Houghton Lake, multiple restaurants/bars and stores. There is a 50 inch smart tv in the living room, 32 inch smart tvs in each bedroom, and a 65 inch smart tv in the game room. Within a very short distance to Houghton Lake, ATV Trailhead, and multiple restaurants and bars.

Extremely dirty. Should clarify that the air conditioning is just 2 window units ( not central air). Beds/furniture are all past their prime. Not sure why we pay a cleaning fee when it is not clean
