“Everything about the main house was amazing. Spacious and comfortable. Well decorated and had everything you needed. Where the property fell short was the cottages. They were not as updated or well ventilated as the main house. It was a hot weekend and a lot of sleeping spaces were uncomfortable because of the heat and lack of airflow. “We saw this property advertised and decided to give it a try. We loved the location! It was close to everything we wanted to do. The property itself was clean and met our family's expectations. We especially appreciated the small amenities, like the abundance of towels and the well-stocked kitchen. The backyard was fantastic with great outdoor furniture - perfect for relaxing! The kitchen fixtures and furniture were all fairly new and well-kept, which was a nice change from some other rental……

“Beautiful inside and out”

“We loved the beach cottage near the beach. The owner was responsive to our questions, and we had great weather especially for January. The location was good as it was close to Santa Cruz and about a 40 minute drive to Monterey. We'll stay here again if we're in the area!”

"I have stayed in this hotel many times with my friends, but every time the hotel staff repeatedly charged the parking fee, which was completely fraudulent. What was even more egregious this time was that the restaurant service staff changed the fee without authorization and overcharged."
