“Probleme beim Einchecken. Die verantwortliche Person glaubte der Buchung über ebockers nicht. Wir mussten nochmals direkt bezahlen. Beim Ausckecken gab es ziemliche Diskussionen. Wir hatten ja doppelt bezahlt. Schlussendlich wurde uns der überzählige Betrag bar zurückerstattet. Generell war das Personal Desinteresse t und sehr unaufmerksam. Beispiel Bruchstück: Wir mussten dem Herrn alles mühsam sagen. Teller fehlen, Gläser fehlen, Orangenjus fehlt, nur noch 1 Gipfels vor Ort, dürfen wir noch……

“The hotel has a nice atmosphere. Very friendly personnel, from the front desk to the cleaning staff. Hotel is not too big, so everything is very personal. Rooms are not very big, but always very clean. A bit more variety at breakfast would have been nice (exactly the same selection for almost two weeks), but a great pizza at the adjoining beach bar made up for that.”
