"Front Desk agent Sharon was very impressive in her professionalism and pleasant demeanor. Also very helpful with information about the area, and a good sense of humor! Support staff also seem attentive and pleasant. The room is pretty clean, maybe needs a slightly better vacuum cleaner ! Toilet works ..."
