“This is quite simply a fantastic hotel in a beautiful place. Beautiful room with an amazing view of Platys Gialos, which is one of the nicest beaches I have ever been to. Sifnos is an island where you eat incredibly well, and there are numerous excellent restaurants on the beach a short walk from the hotel. The breakfast at the Niriedes is incredible- including an array of fresh baked goods from the owner’s father in law’s bakery in nearby Apollonia. Thanos, the owner, was always friendly, and……
