“They had no extra towels or rags or toilet paper. They staff is never there to help. Got locked out and it took time to get back in. They charged me twice and didn’t answer the phone so Expedia could give me my refund. The lady is rude and pregnant. They don’t have enough staff and need to hire more people.”
