“The hotel was in a great location. There were alot of stores and restaurants around so it was convenient to have those places around. The hotel is rather new or newly remodeled and it was very nice and clean. The young lady at the check in counter when we first arrived was very polite, friendly and welcoming. “We were in Lakeland for our daughter’s college graduation. The hotel was close to restaurants and shopping and very convenient. Our room appeared clean however, I did find a McDonalds bag with food trash shoved underneath a chair and napkins behind the dresser. Other than that, it was good.”
