“Simply tragic:
The kitchen smelled of gas from the cookstove (don't light a candle there!).
Traffic along the main road made it impossible to sleep at night (trucks, etc.).
The shower was more like a garden sprinkler way past its expiration date. Internet was non-existent.
The heat in the apartment was coming and going at random times, making it impossible to maintain a constant temperature.
The check-in link did not arrive on time.
The bed was not flat.
However, much cheaper than other……

“Everything went well, but the cleaning cost seems a bit high and at no point during the booking process I was aware of it. It came as a surprise after booking was confirmed. I felt that this is a bit dishonest and just a money grab! ”

“This hotel set the example that all others should follow. It will be hard to stay at another hotel and not think back to how they pale in comparison. Florian was amazingly friendly and a lot of fun to talk with. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. The morning breakfast they prepared was delicious and beyond all expectations. Sinaia is beautiful and this hotel is the crown jewel to top it all off. ”

“Sinaia is a beautiful town, with loads to do and a great atmosphere and very nice restaurants. The mountains are amazing and great for walking, the castles are great as was the casino in the park. Our host and accommodation was excellent and would not hesitate to visit/stay again.”

“Incredible views, peace and quiet in a rural out of the way location. Very romantic and private. It does not have the A/C, if it’s important to you, but the temperature in the mountains is cooler than the rest of the country and you may even find yourself reaching for a sweater in the evening when outside. Great hiking, biking and horse riding available in the village. Breakfast is plentiful (and included) made of a daily local meat and cheese platter, country bread, vegetables, and fresh eggs.……

“The location and views were incredible and while there were some wonky things about the property (showers too small and steep stairs to the bedrooms) we would stay again due to the beautiful and quiet location along the river. "Sinaia is a magical town and this hotel is excellent. They gave me an early check-in so I can drop my luggage. Quite. The air is refreshing. Close to the train station. Amenities like jacuzzi, swimming pool, gym, sauna, steam room are all well-kept and in good condition. They put aromatic essential oil in sauna and steam room, and the environment is calm and relaxing. The breakfast buffet is outstanding and is on the level of any 5-star hotel. Great value for money. Thoroughly enjoy my stay here!"
