“Beautiful house with stunning views of Weymouth bay and Portland. The location was great it was nice and quiet but easy to get into Weymouth either by 30 minute walk on the Rodwell trail or by very frequent buses stopping a couple of minutes walk from the house. We didn't use our car at all whilst we were there. For eating out there is Billy Winters which is 5 minute walk and worth a visit and lots of lovely pubs and restaurants in Weymouth and Portland. There are also quite a few takeaways……

“From here we visited Corfe Castle, Brownsea Isla, studlands and Swanage. It was a very reasonable price for comforable beds and a quiet place to retreat, with lovely views to wake up to. The farm shop with local produce and fresh eggs is a real bonus. ”

“Lovely property, we parked up on arrival and didn’t get in the car until we left. Great walks on the doorstep. The garden was a real sun trap, and the hot tub was lovely after a long day walking. ”

“A lovely venue for a few days R&R in this part of Dorset. The accommodation is modern, spacious and of good quality, with great on-site facilities (pool, sauna, etc). Recommended.”

“The property was clean and well equipped. The location was perfect for exploring Portland Island and Weymouth sourroundings.The tv only had freeview, which was a bonus. No youtube, no tv on demand for the kids. The perfect screen detox.We would definitely recommend the stay.”

“This property is what I would call quirky due to its age. There are steps down from the kitchenette into the lounge and steps from the lounge into the downstairs bathroom. I found the property to be clean and comfortable. Generally street parking worked ok but it’s a long walk to the seafront. ”

“A lovely stay in this unique property. Sue was very welcoming and left some lovely goodies to eat & drink. The apartment was clean and airy, set in a lovely garden, often frequented by roe deer. The full-size snooker table was a bonus, and the compact sitting room is more than made up for by the large, indoor swimming pool. The only slightly negative thing is the intermittent wi-fi connection and inability to watch Netflix. ”
