They didn’t ask for us to pay when we arrived (normally we pay before hand so we forgot too) and instead of waiting until morning we had a staff member bang on our door after midnight. We have two kids under two who were sleeping. We arranged the shuttle service to take us to the airport the following morning and they cancelled it last minute resulting in us needing to organise a taxi. Place is dirty, especially the bathroom but our main issue is staff incompetence. "
