“The breakfast is not very good as a five star hotel.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Radisson Pondicherry. We had a very warm welcome on our arrival. Apologies have forgotten the name of the very amicable lady. Dining experience at the Kabab House was wonderful too with some exquisite food servings and great service. Breakfast staff were good and special shoutout to Sagar who looked after our needs and made up for the complete lack of communication or acknowledement from the manager in charge n both days. A very special thank you to Subari our room……

“Hôtel situé dans le quartier indien à 20 mn de marche de la « ville blanche » donc bien situé. Accueil remarquable tant au check in qu’au restaurant . Chambre tout confort où tout se pilote sur une tablette ( musique,télévision,climatisation,lumière fermeture des rideaux )très sympa. Breakfast et dîner avec des produits de qualité et à un prix très doux. Nous n’avons pas eu le temps de profiter de la piscine indoor. Au total un hôtel excellent.”

“The place is situated right on promenade and easy to navigate in the neighborhood and the staff was helpful- had difficulty at my 630 am checkout as there was no one to do it - had to do all kinds of gyrations to checkout so I could leave and catch my bus - food is average but there are some decent restaurants in the hood. ”

“This is an exquisite hotel in the old French town in Pondicherry. Although not a heritage hotel, hotel, to their credit, made it a point to make it look so. Kudo. The rooms are luxurious and have all the amenities one would want. The from office staff, two men and a woman whose names I will add in when have access to the paper, were kind, courteous and super-helpful. I had a wonderful time!!!”
