The toilet was not functioning properly in our room. We contacted the front desk but were not able to get it working before we left. We appreciated the late check out due to us arriving so late the night before. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

Easy to find, but access off the freeway could be improved. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Nice to have hot breakfast available. Would stay there again.

For the price our stay was good. Our room was clean, the shower head and pressure were awesome. I thought the bed was comfortable but my husband did not. The breakfast area was busy, they were out of coffee and apple juice. The lady was trying hard and working hard, but she was the only one working and was having to check people out, change the trash, and refill everything, so it all wasn’t getting done. More than one worker should be there during the breakfast hours. They could also use another waffle maker, we had to wait a while for it to be our turn to make one. Our keys stopped working in the morning, so that was pretty inconvenient. The place is dated but it is clean, so with a couple changes I would stay again.

The person working evenings and nights (yes, a double shift) is the only reason staff and services is a two. Rates are misleading (no we’re on reservations does it state that a service dog is a $100 a night). If I had known, I could have booked a more expensive hotel for the same price. As this has less amenities that matter..ie drapes or shades on the ground floor that cover the sheers. This hotel values its looks (which are average) more than its guests.
