“The hotel was clean and spectacular, the staff was so helpful and catering such as Frank and Juan Luis at the front desk, restaurant staff Jhon made sure breakfast was a great experience. The room was clean ans the bed very comfortable but the view over looking the city was amazing!”

I had contacted him prior to ask for confirmation of our booking, without any reply from host. Host decided to cancel with the excuse the fee paid was wrong and asking me to pay him cash as the apartment was available for the dates requested. He only refunded me less than half the amount I paid, which was over a thousand dollars. My bank took care of the claim……
