We had a very bad experience. The first room had a urine odor around the restroom. It took them 2 days to change our room. Then we moved to a room with no A/C working, (summer in Cancun) the “fixed it” and again another night without sleep bc the AC was not cooling… the last night we got transferred to a working room… terrible overall experience

Extremely comfortable and large rooms for a girls trip of relaxation and fun! We had our own pool and had people from the bar delivering drinks and food to us all day long! The staff was amazing, room service excellent, and we couldn't be happier! There was lots of fun activities as well - entertainment every night - lazy river and zip line!

Premium Junior Suite with walk-out pool!!! An incredible view to wake up to every morning, and staff to bring you drinks and food all day in! Definitely coming back and definitely recommending to a friend! (The beach kinda sucks)

Overall a Good Experience with Some Disappointments We recently stayed at Dreams Natura for five nights, and overall, we had a great experience. The hotel has a luxurious feel, with beautiful grounds, clean pools, and plenty of activities—especially for kids. In fact, five nights didn’t feel like enough time to fully enjoy everything the resort has to offer. The kids absolutely loved the water park, slides, and outdoor spaces. The pools were clean and well-maintained, and the environment around the hotel was truly enjoyable. However, there are a few things I feel other travelers should be aware of: Food & Dining: We specifically chose this resort based on the great reviews about the food quality—but unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations, especially at the buffet. • For the first three days, the food variety was limited and the quality of the chicken and beef dishes wasn’t great. • While the buffet staff were very friendly and tried to accommodate custom orders, the overall dining experience was disappointing. • It was also extremely difficult to reserve the specialty restaurants through the app, as it kept showing everything as “full” each night. We were only able to secure a reservation for the hibachi restaurant after speaking with the staff at the lobby in person. The resort near airport and it had really nice view and fresh air from ocean. I think resort need focus on repair ac in restaurants and cafe shop, the cafe shop is very hot when i visit. Also it say you dont need reservation for restaurants but if you dont do on the app normally everytime we walk in even 5.30pm still not avaliable table..the staff very nice and i think buffett need provide more food ,it very small to compare with other family resort..overall the resort has good water park,lazy rivers, zip line and game room..my kids love it

Jamás volvería a este hotel, está en pésimas condiciones, el personal no es muy amable. Los elevadores no sirven, frente a mi habitación otro huésped tenía una gotera enorme que intervinieron a mitad de la madrugada, los gabinetes de los buffetes olían a orines, de verdad todo mal, hongo en los baños, comida muy básica y sin carne ni salmón como se ve en las preciosas fotos que publican, me sentí súper estafada, tuve que literal rogar porque me hiciera la limpieza en la habitación, mal, mal, mal de verdad un total fiasco, el mar repletooooooo de sargazo y hasta el agua olía mal y estaba negra, pésimo hotel, si gustan comprobarlo por ustedes mismos adelante pero de verdad no arruinen sus vacaciones aquí.

Excellent service from all of the staff. Great, quality and delicious foods. A lot of option where to eat, make a reservation or first come first serve basis which is not even a 15mins wait based on our experience. We really had a blast staying at Dreams Natura. A really pleasant and wonderful stay! We will comng back for sure!

Food was really good, our favorite was the hibachi. Unfortunately, to be seated at the restaurants you pretty much have to have reservations. Room and property could have been a bit cleaner for my liking.

Here’s the good: - kids club - activities around are sufficient - a few restaurants are really good if you get to try them - no cards for towels or bands, pet peeve of mine Here’s the bad: - a lot of it is “app” driven, the human element is sometimes lost - if app doesn’t work, well that’s “corporates” problem - Mexican restaurant had poor choices for kids, no real nutritional value noted - be prepared to wake up as early as possible to get a chair - it’s wild - cruise ship like. - the U18 crowd need their own bar for drinks, waiting for 8 slushie drinks with different colours isn’t fun Overall I’d say ok - but not somewhere we’d return.

Horrible. Concierge was the only area of the resort that actually smelled good. Probably due to the air freshener. But the rest of it, smelled horrible. All the food served the location was not good. I figured we were in Mexico, how could they possibly mess up tacos and fajitas, well they did. They couldn't even get a basic hamburger to taste good. The water in the pool was dirty, there was a scaly film over it. They only have limited selection of beer, such as Heineken, dos x and a light beer. That is all. Every restaurant required a reservation, if you didn't have one you would have to eat at the buffet or get room service. This was the only time we have ever gone to a all inclusive resort where we actually lost weight because of the lack luster quality food served at the resort. The cookies at the Coco Cafe had no flavor. Which is surprising, how can anyone me up cookies. Not to mention the poor working conditions in that cafe The poor girls who work in the cafe have to endure the hot humid condition in the cafe. It seemed that the AC was never working at that location during our stay. The whole resort smelled like sulfur.. in other words it smelled like fart. The property has crocodile warnings around it. So if your looking to get bit. Head out to the beach and try your luck. I would not recommend this place not will I ever return

Excellence day for families and couples. Great layout at the property with amazing food choices throughout entertainment during the day and evening was fantastic. Great entertainment staff and service staff on the property. I would definitely go back.
