The food options and food itself was terrible. The buffet is only open for breakfast, with limited options, opened late every day (7:10am/7:15am is not 7am), and the majority of the workers hate their jobs and act like it. The baby high chairs and trays are dirty, and when brought to staff's attention, they are irritated that they need to bring a new one. The water served at the table is not filtered and made everyone sick during the trip. The rest of the meals is a game of 'who is open', as the restaurants are random in what is open. Sometimes one restaurant, sometimes only the Beach Grill. Dinner is a the worst for sure. There are only two restaurants open, one of which declines people without a reservation (Steak), but then there is only one other option. The Italian place needs a new Chef who understands recipe development. When you stay for 7 nights and 4 dinners are at 1 restaurant and 3 dinners are at another restaurant, it gets repetitive. This would never happen even at one's own home or eating at only two restaurants for dinner for a whole week. Had we known the food situation prior to booking, we would not have stayed here.
Also, the staff in every area except the Cafe and the Kids Activities, are terrible. They do not give good service, their moto is "tip me for any attention" instead of "I will give great service and you will give me a tip for it". The staff are too obvious about their hunger for tips. Either they are poorly paid, or they all have bad attitudes.
