不满意：清洁度、服务设施、住宿条件和设施
I really wanted to love this place, but my stay was full of disappointments.
Day 1: We walked into a hot, musty room with broken AC and mold in the bathroom. The only nice thing? A decent beach view. We called for help and were told we’d be moved—but no one ever showed up. We fell asleep in the heat and woke up sticky and miserable.
Day 2: We complained again and were told we’d get a new room at 4pm. We adjusted our whole day for it—only to get a room that was even worse. AC barely worked, pillows were paper-thin, the headboard was falling apart, and the room had a mosquito army waiting for us. Back to reception we went.
Day 3: Third room was cleaner, with working AC and decent pillows—but we were still swarmed by mosquitoes. I tried to kill them in the bathroom and ended up breaking the mirror (which I had to pay for). To top it off, roaches waited outside our door each night.
By Day 4, I gave up switching rooms and just counted down until check-out.
Pros: Decent pool, good shows at the neighboring hotel.
Cons: AC issues, mosquito infestation, moldy bathrooms, outdated rooms, rude staff (half the time), no free Wi-Fi, terrible buffet, and juice that tasted like powdered mix.
Bottom line: This was supposed to be a relaxing vacation, but it turned into a stressful experience I couldn’t wait to leave. Not worth it
