this is a beautiful property with great pools and a fabulous ocean front. i would have rated it as a 4, but my shower did not heat up beyond tepid for the last 4 nights.
for anyone going, this is a great place, but it is not a hotel, it is a timeshare.
if you want your room cleaned, or new towels it costs $20.00. the food in the restaurant is reasonably priced and tasty, and there are 30 oceanside restaurants within walking distance to meet anyones needs.
you can stay here for a week, and never leave the beach. the rooms all have wifi and the junior suite that i had was very nice and large. it was supposed to have a garden view, but the balcony actually overlooked the street. if you are from New York, you will be comforted by the noise, but walking up at 4:00 a.m. and hearing a motorcycle going by honking its horn, takes getting used to.
i would say that this is a great place to stay, but temper your expectations
