“ It was a good stay. our original plans was for 7 people to stay and it’s a good thing that only 5 showed up because the house is smaller than expected, there was no way that 7 people would’ve fit their comfortably. The house was very clean and neighborhood was quiet. I would recommend it for five or less people. ”

“We had a great stay here. It's a very short drive to Luquillo for the beach and kioskos, and to Fajardo for snorkeling trips or the ferry. The gulf cart is a fun way to get to the lovely beach right on the property where we found tons of shells and had fun watching the crabs. We had the whole beach practically to ourselves the whole time we were there. The house was clean and well appointed, with beach towels and toys. “We stayed in this house as a family of 5 and had way more space than we needed. The bedrooms are large. Upon arrival there were some welcome fruit/snacks which I greatly appreciated as a mom traveling with three young children all day. We cooked breakfast at the house every morning and the kitchen had everything we needed (note: there were not basic spices/seasoning like salt, pepper etc.). There were lots of beach chairs and some sand toys, our family enjoyed the lively beach a mere 90……

“Good location - walking distance to restaurants, beaches and grocery stores. Home was comfortable and space outside was great. Yes, there is a doggie day care next door and some noise from the street at night.”

“Beautiful spot in the mountains. A little tough to get to with directions. I agree that initial drive should be done there in the daytime. The pool is very clean and relaxing. The family/ hosts are wonderful people ready to help any way possible. Noise sensitive people should bring ear plugs. The chickens and peacocks wake up pretty early;) Other than that a really tranquil, lovely place.”

“The stay was amazing! The property has everything you need for a vacation in Puerto Rico. It was very close to a bunch of beautiful beaches. And it wasn’t far from the ferry to Vieques for the bio bay. The hosts were very quick to respond with all answers. We couldn’t have asked for more!”

“The location was great and the house was clean & comfortable. I made an error on the booking and the host was helpful. We were there over New Years when the power was off so there were challenges but we managed. Note: The kitchen was semi well equipped but there was not a can opener. Asador Boricua, just down the road served our favorite Mofongo that we had. Would book again! ”

“After a horrible hotel stay, we were so relieved to find this amazing home in the west of Puerto Rico. It was everything we hoped for immaculately clean, cozy, and felt just like home. The space was thoughtfully set up, making it easy to settle in and truly enjoy our time. The location was also perfect not too far from everything but peaceful enough to fully take in the local vibe. “The house was great with an awesome view but the is some maintenance needing done. No shower head in one shower, the other shower's handheld shower head hose was broken, tile in the kitchen sink were loose, the access to the rooftop terrace was boarded off, and there is no AC in the main part of the house (ac was good in all 3 bedrooms). If those maintenance issues were addressed then 5 star.”

“It was a nice little place, good area that was near San Juan and had a lot of convenient attractions around. Its a good place if you want to go out and explore the city. Had some issues with the tv/internet but the owner was helpful in resolving issues and responded quickly. ”

You offered convenience in communication for pre check in guides, check in, propert communication, and check out, parking, and both beach access and indoor pool (wonderfully deeper than it looks). Stayed 5 nights and wish our schedules would have let us stay a week.”

"Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!! Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it. Besides pricey dining, staff that works in the resort are super super friendly and nice!!! Which is also boost my experience. So I will definitely recommend stay here for the beach view and relaxation. The ocean front view is 10/10, Hospitality is 8/10. Overall experience including room service and cleaning is like a 7.5/10. My bed sheets had some stain, and when I order room service, instead of a proper full experience room service cart, They just gave us like to go boxes and some plastic forks and spoons, I kinda was expecting a more formal luxury room service experience. "
