My time here wasnt that great . This is more of a family and kids kind of place.Their main pool is only 4 feet deep I was unhappy to find out i had to pay an extra 100 per day to use the adult pool and adult club areas.They dont have a game room with billiards darts and other games that adults can enjoy..There is absolutely no nightly shows like there is at other resorts and only one bar in lobby and one swim up bar. They only have 2 beer selections and beer is warm. If you are looking to have a good fun time and are single definitely do not come to fiesta Americana . The restaurants are good i loved the cevicheria . The rooms are clean . Only one pool unless you pay extra to use adult pool . If you're planning a family trip and have little ones and want a quiet boring time then this is the place for you .

Nunca me habia pasado que me trataran tan mal por haber reservadado por este medio. Desde que llegas y ven que no eres socio te ven mal, obviamente nos ofrecieron la platica para hacernos socios les recomiendo no tomarla despues de eso si no la compras te hacen sentir poca cosa y se burlan de ti, incluso mi suegro si es socio de hace años y se atrevieron a decirnos que no lo era y que tenia una tarjeta de puntos jajaja Algunos meseros por ver la pulsera que traiamos ni se molestaban en atendernos pero si habian otros muy amables. Si hablas ingles llega hablando asi desde un inicio tambien te tratan mejor jajaj habia mucha gente mezclando el idioma supongo que por lo mismo. La alberca esta bien, la habitacion pequeña, restaurante de mariscos muy bueno y el asiatico tambien. Si vas por la vista del mar ahi no vale la pena. En general no me volveria a hospedar en este hotel es temporada baja con muy poca gente y la atencion muy deficiente no me quiero ni imaginar cuando si es temporada alta. Como recomendacion si quieres a fuerza este hotel y conoces a alguien socio dile que lo reserve por ti.

I am writing this review in the hope that people will stop asking about this hotel. First, the most important thing when staying somewhere is food. But here, the buffet is only open for breakfast and lunch — it closes for dinner. Out of the remaining three restaurants, at least one was closed every other day. Second, the refrigerator in the room was not very effective, so we couldn’t enjoy cold drinks. Third, the internet in the room hardly worked. Even when lying down and wanting to use the internet, it was simply impossible. Fourth, the quality of the food. Normally, a buffet offers a variety of dishes so that people from different countries can choose. That’s the standard. But here, the food selection was almost entirely limited to Mexican dishes, and the quality was not particularly good either. Fifth, when we visited, one of the restaurants was closed for a private party. Because the staff from that restaurant were all redirected to that event, we were left without food. On top of that, it was not a party for all guests, so we had to endure loud music and noise coming from outside. Finally, due to ongoing renovations, there was loud construction during the daytime, which made it even more uncomfortable. Overall, this was a very inconvenient and disappointing trip.

This was our first time at the resort and our trip was unforgettable. First and foremost, the staff and service we received was outstanding. The following employees made our stay exceptional: Rafi & "Nacho" team (Sonne Club); Patricia & Julissia (Rosato); Rosalio & Gume & Mariajose (Buffet); Fernando (Concierge) and Rico (the piano man). We came to the resort to celebrate our wedding anniversary and stayed for 2 weeks. We stayed at the penthouse room and we had amazing view of the ocean and the beach. We loved our Sonne Club experience from service to drinks and food -- simply phenomenal. Dining options were all great, but our favorite were Rosato (Italian), La Cevichería (Seafood), Chulavista (Buffet) and Sonne Club. We loved the location of the resort -- there are malls that are walking distance and it's close to the airport and also to Malecon. Overall, we had such a fantastic experience at Fiesta Americana that we will be coming back for years to come. Thank you Fiesta Americana for making our stay unforgettable.
