It's been a long time since we've stayed at an all-inclusive so bear that in mind. We usually stay at small hotels or apartments, but for this trip, we only had four nights and wanted to be at a nice, swimmable beach with good service and food. This place met our needs nicely. Huge, clean beach. Lots of beach chairs. Great sunset views. The food was very good, for buffet style. We only ate at the Italian and Mexican a la cartes. They were okay as a break from the buffet. The beach-side snack bar was actually our favourite as it's open-air and has a great vibe. Drinks were decent. At the lobby bar they were better and it has a nice lounge vibe. Everything was very clean but the rooms and hallways were pretty worn around the edges. Beds were very comfy. Ocean views were nice but no balconies :( Overall, a good place for a quick break.

Overall ok, I booked 5 rooms and asked for an upgrade for my room. They upgraded all of the other rooms and wanted me to pay $300 to upgrade my room. That was a bit weird given Expedia status. The Tokyo restaurant was great. No food served outside of the restaurants, poolside, etc. friendly staff.

The staff was amazing! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. (2 notable employees at Le Buffett are Marisol & Antonio.) All of our needs were met and an upgrade was offered because our room was not quite ready upon our check-in. The ONLY downside to our stay was the towels. They are very scratchy. Others that that small detail, our stay was very nice!

Nightly shows very loud. Sometimes you feel like turning in early but can't as noise heard throughout complex. Best thing about resort was staff.Everyone in the buffet, spa, at the front desk, at bell desk, and housekeeping go out of their way to meet your needs. The beach was clean and safe to walk.

Para empezar, nos corrieron de una de las albercas que porque esa era para personas "plus", cosa que jamás mencionaron cuando hicimos el check in. Hay una sola alberca, para todo el resto del hotel, es algo absurdo. Te dan acceso a 1 restaurante de especialidades por cada 3 noches, y los demas dias tienes que comer en el buffet, y cuando fui a reservar en uno de ellos, la chava encargada muy grosera. Se me hace pesima organizacion, por tratar de dar un servicio "plus", tienen las areas "libres" llenisimas de gente y la alberca "preferencial" y los restaurantes solos, pero no te permiten que los uses. y para terminar, en mi habitación había un porta papel todo roto, y la puerta de la regadera toda chueca, que te bañabas y se hacia un mojadero en todo el baño.

It was an ok hotel. I didnt like that the other pool was not available to regular guests. There was a lot of kids and people blocking the stairs to get in the pool. The Italian restaurant was ok, as well as all the other none reserved restaurant. The room had a lot of patch repaired on the wall, the lights work weird in the room. You had to turn on all the lights in the room to be able to turn on the tv and restroom lights on which is just plain dumb. If someone in the room was alseep I had to turn on all the lights to turn the restroom light on and I would wake them up. The shower is all glass setup and I didnt find out about the sliding door to cover it until the day after. The staff was the best part of the stay, they were nice and helpful. Will I stay there again for the price I paid no, only if the price is lower.
