The lobby is pretty and the bathrooms were pretty and clean. The pool is really needing repair. The dinner buffet was inedible except the desserts. Breakfast was very good though. I did not try lunch. There was a food truck one street over with quesadillas for 55 pesos. I would not pay all inclusive again here but you cant beat the beach and location. If you stay out late and just need basics. This is a great buy. If you sleep early, go somewhere else.

The hotel is decent, the location is perfect however it is very family friendly so expect a lot of kids. The hotel, although old is relatively kept up and clean. As for amenities they are very stingy on so bring your own or buy locally. Bath towels are taken away daily (used ones) but only replaced every 2 days. Beach towels and need for cards is a pain. We did not do the all-inclusive option because they only include buffet breakfast buffet lunch and buffet dinner. So dining is not an option. We were on the 4th floor with partial ocean view. Great with nice balcony howver there is ZERO soundproofing for the rooms so you hear the street noise so loud all day/night. The bed is extremely firm. So if you're looking for an economical place to sleep in Zona Romantica this is it

What a fantastic stay! We had a gorgeous view of the ocean. Staff was helpful and friendly, room was very clean and nicely decorated. We had a very very nice stay! Also the location is the best, right on the beach and in the heart of Zona Romantica on Olas Atlas Street with tons of food, shops, and nightly beach fireworks! A great hotel, fantastic!

Though we booked and paid for king bed ocean view, were told those dont exist. Got instead 2 double beds for our anniversary trip. Not the most desirable. Food typical resort food. Opted in for all inclusive option but ate off property most everyday.
