We recently returned from a wonderful family vacation and couldn't be happier with our experience! The hotel provided a mostly quiet atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. There was some construction noise during the day, but it wasn't disruptive at all, and we're actually looking forward to seeing the updated hotel once the renovations are complete.
What truly stood out during our stay was the super friendly and helpful staff. They were incredibly caring and attentive, which made a significant difference in our overall experience. My daughter had a little accident at the pool, and the lifeguard was quick to respond. They not only handled the situation expertly, but they also took the time to soothe my daughter and followed up with us the next morning to check if she was okay.
Mr. Salazar, the hotel manager on duty, was exceptionally attentive as well. He ensured that everything was alright and even went the extra mile by sending some strawberries to our room to cheer up our daughter. Such thoughtful gestures truly made our stay memorable!
Aside from one minor issue—the bathroom in our room could use a little updating—everything else was fantastic. The staff, the hotel, and the location were all top-notch. We felt extremely safe throughout our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great family getaway. All in all, it was an unforgettable trip filled with positive experiences!
