The people working there at the restaurants and surrounding areas the waiters and waitresses were great. The food was also very good. I liked that you didn’t have to make reservations for a restaurants. What I didn’t like was the fact that I reserved a single bed room And the lady at the front desk would not honor that I found that to be very dissatisfying

My only complaint with this hotel was on check out day, you lost all food and drink privileges as of 11:00am. That seemed unfair as we paid for all of the 15th but only arrived after 8pm. This is the very first time that happened to me and I have stayed extensively at all-inclusives. Shame shame

Everything was really amazing. Food, drinks and service. Very clean. The room had a mildew smell and was fairly noisy. Only real complaint is that once we checked out but were waiting for the shuttle, I was hassled about being there without a wrist band. They really need something for those circumstances.

This is a quiet, smaller and older property but offers a charming experience. Generous and friendly food and beverage staff with excellent beach and pool service included in the AI package. Daily activities if you choose to participate as there’s something for everyone. Only complaint is the ongoing lounge chair battle that is a problem every where so be prepared to be at the pool BEFORE 7:00 am if you want a poolside chair!

Service was very good in general. We had a flood in our apartment and it took all day to be solved, it wasn’t a big deal for us because we don’t have kids that needed to go back and forth to the room but should have been solved earlier. On the other hand, food was good, drinks were good, Mexican party on Wednesday was fun.

Stayed Feb. 10 - 17. Appears to book more people than they can handle. Only 3 restaurants and all are not always open All restaurants are open air, and it is breezy and chilly. Pool is very crowded, and a large number of folks have to use the uncomfortable beach chair on the beach. Very limited entertainment, and all is outside. Pools are quite chilly. There is a constant brisk breeze throughout the entire facility all day. I will not return.

Very clean and nice staff. Older residents took over the pool a bit but the beach was nice. Slightly lacking in evening entertainment. Place is dead by 9/10 pm and bars close early.

The bathroom is not deep cleaned meaning there were mold everywhere in the tub Also the sink in the kitchen was clogged once we checked it. The staff looked overwhelmed and don’t have the easiness of using technology, everything is paperwork which takes time to process. The staff in kitchen are not using the hygiene basics, they don’t ware gloves nor hair nets and they use their bare hands to serve customers.
