The rooms were really clean and the decor was nice and beds were comfortable. The rooms in the property were exactly what we expected for a mid range hotel. Staff were all very nice. Martin was helpful in setting up a timeshare presentation that we enjoyed. The elevator could use a little work.

Loved every thing about this hotel Unfortunately as a mermaid I found the ocean unclean and was not able to swim I realized you can not do anything to help the ocean. I would next time choose a hotel more in a beach that I can swim in. Otherwise best place ever!

I arrived and was given a large room, which was a nice gesture. However, it was difficult to sleep at night due to the loud noise coming from outside the hotel and a strong smell of humidity in the room. After two nights, they moved me to the original room I had booked — it was smaller, but better overall. The building is quite old; they even mentioned that the hotel will be demolished and rebuilt soon. Unfortunately, I forgot my phone charger. I informed the reception, and we even went back to check the room (which had already been cleaned), but the charger wasn’t there. I checked my bags again, but it wasn’t with me. In the end, no one took responsibility for the missing item from the room.

I liked the property, it was clean and staff was friendly, especially Magali one of the sales rep was super kind. Definitely a family spot since there were tons of kids in all the pools. We didn’t mind however they were running around everywhere and no one said a word. We had the lunch included plan and they still charged us for taxes and tip at the restaurant, this was different. I’ve stayed at numerous all inclusive or meal plans resorts and I have never had to pay for the taxes. Wasn’t a problem just an inconvenience and unexpected. Other than that a family spot , I wouldn’t necessarily recommend for older adults or honeymooners. On the plus side it’s in a Great location, walking distance to shopping.

The stay at the hotel was fine, the staff was very nice and it’s a quick drive to/from the airport. It’s a convenient location right next to the beach. The dining options are not that great though, the service at the restaurants is terrible and the waiting times and prices are excessive. The hours they post online don’t match the actual times they open. Also, the food is bad, not authentic.

El hotel es agradable, pero la atención de algunos trabajadores deja mucho que desear, en especial el personal de room service (tardan 40-50 min en traerte solo un vaso) el personal de la tienda de bebidas y helados, el sabor es artificial, mal preparado y te cobran la propina por encima de lo que estipula el hotel y el personal, en especial el trato es horrible, la forma en responder y actitud es despota tanto como para turistas y nacionales y otra cosa del hotel es que si tienes desayuno, comida, etc, se cobran el 16% de IVA + el 15% de propina, estamos hablando de que 1 michelada limón y sal (vaso de plástico normal) 1 mojito en mismo vaso, 1 papas a la francesa en total son 396 pesos mexicanos. Fuera de eso el hotel es tranquilo, hay más extranjeros que nacionales, por lo que la preferencia es para extranjeros

En general todo bien, en el área de alberca los meseros son medio flojos y aunque les des propina no atienden, y no es por la carga de trabajo sino que son medio flojos, querían que les recogiera yo los platos sucios para podérselos llevar, querían que se los acercara, como si no fuera parte del servicio que ofrecen, casi casi que querían que los llevara yo a la cocina.

I have stayed here many times. Each time, they try to sell you a time share at this and other properties they own. This place has become costly, compared to the restaurants through out Puerto Vallarta. A new scam they have is adding a 15% "Service Charge" to your bar and restaurant bill. This is illegal in Mexico. No property can require you to pay a gratuity. I enjoyed the pools and the beach area, but, because of remodeling, they are still down one pool. People are still saving lounges in the pool area, despite signs to the contrary. When I checked in, I asked to have my account set up so I could charge at the bar and restaurants. I wound up having to use my credit card every time. On my last day there, the maid staff knocked on my room door at 7:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. to clean my room. All of this before checkout. There are plenty of activities if you want to hang around the resort. But, there is buses nearby if you want to get away. Shopping and restaurants off the resort are also close.

The property itself was excellent. Rooms were clean, mattress was comfortable, A/C worked always pumping cold no issues with it, balcony is a good addition, family friendly, pools were always clean, staff was on point, access to the beach is up against the property and it was quiet at 11pm. we enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely book there again. Ate at the Mexican restaurant once and never went back. Not complaining bc it was free but if had paid for lunch I would have been mad. Overall I would rate this hotel 5 stars
