“Trato muy amable de la chica de recepción y nos ayudo mucho. Habitación grande y limpia. Un poco apartado de todo es el único inconveniente pero buen precio. ”
“This hotel is a good option if you need a hotel close to the airport. Rooms are small but well kept. Staff is very nice. You get what you pay for. The hotel name is confusing on both Hotels.com and google maps. Owner should clarify. Area and access are very poor. Shuttle is good. ”
“The staff were nice that’s about the only good thing to say of this hotel. The electricity keep shutting off the whole time I was there and they couldn’t keep the generator running. The WiFi was also very bad. Room AC old and barely worked. Nor did ceiling fan work. No regular TV but they did have smart TV to watch YOUTUBE or NETFLIX. Buffet breakfast a 4 out of 10. Location is a bit far from town but UBER works there. $20 per night so I guess I got what I paid for!”
“It took a while (2 room changes) to get to a room that had working AC, electricity and hot water.
BUT... It is close to the airport, the price is low, easy to get a cab and most of staff were helpful. Food was decent. ”
“1st impressions were good. Having been there after a few hours though you started to notice the noise and many things were either not working or were working poorly. We had no water for showers in the morning, couldn't even flush the toilet. Would be a nice place but poorly maintained. ”
“This was the closest hotel near the airport with 24 hr front desk and I came in at 12:30.
Only complaint was breakfast til 10am and so was checkout but overall for the few hrs I stayed ther it was worth it”
“Due to the destination of our humanitarian project, it was within driving distance to the site. The people were very nice. Martha, from the front desk, was very friendly and accommodating. She even taught me a few Swahilli phrases!”
“Tried to book reservation on line. Your system said my card wasnt useable, so had to spend time finding another place to stay...and then you billed my card anyway. Thats bad business!!! Will never try to stay there again...”
