Poor soundproofing

"The soundproofing is poor, and I can hear the snoring from the neighboring room at night. I requested two bottled waters, but they did not provide them. The drainage in the bathroom is poor - after about 10 minutes of showering, the water starts draining out, as the shower area has a shallow floor ..."

Wonderful long weekend stay

"We were spending a Bank Holiday weekend with all our children and their partners to celebrate a big birthday. There was masses of space for all 11 of us and so much to do. The kitchen was great for cooking for a crowd. We couldn't find fault with anything."
