“We have stayed in a lot of hotels, over the last 50 years. This is by far the best one we have ever stayed in. There has only been one other that we have given almost top marks to, but this one excelled. The place was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff were wonderful. They went far and beyond, what you would normally expect. They were so helpful and answered every question we had, even to writing instructions, for the bus and trams. It really felt like a home from home, but……

“Das Hotel liegt zwar im Industriegebiet am Rande Pulheims, stellt jedoch eine gute Übernachtungsmoglichkeit für Kurzbesuche im Großraum Köln dar. Englisch erleichtert die Gesprachsfuhrung. “住宿地點很好，櫃檯服務先生女士的服務都超級好，尤其是一開始接待的年輕斯文帥哥我們房間的咖啡杯杯底看起來有咖啡乾掉的痕跡，可能房務沒注意忘記洗了（後來發現湯匙也沒洗乾淨）,我拿去找帥哥，帥哥馬上處理，過了一些時間，他送到房間，看起來跑了一段距離，看他這麼年輕努力，很謝謝他！旅館是兩棟房子併起來的，所以我們房間的動線有點複雜，對於帶著重行李箱的旅客，心裡要有一點點準備！其他，都很好！房間基本上都很乾淨，老房子的房間本來就小一點，我們房間還有河岸第一排的風景，看著風景吃消夜，真是舒服還是非常推薦！建議，如果介意空間的人，不要選最小的那一間！”

You could discover the room with much fun, such like the lights, the cards and bag on the board, and especially the little penguin staff on the bed welcoming you！ The location is great too.
