“I would like to share a disappointing experience I recently had during my stay at your hotel from May 15th to May 16th. My stay started off wonderfully — the room was great, the service was excellent, and I was very pleased with the overall experience. On the evening of May 15th, I approached the front desk to request an extension of my stay for one more night. The gentleman at the reception assured me that it wouldn’t be a problem.
