“Beautiful cottage with everything needed for a weekend stay. Everything was clean and fresh, and kitchen was well equipped for a few family meals. Host called ahead of time to make sure we had everything we needed and really it was a perfect place for our family. Would gladly return. Highest recommendation!!”

“ It was comfortable and felt very homey. It is an older house however the property was in great condition and it had all the needed items for a weekend Stay. Plenty of towels and washcloths in the bathroom. Nice yard that's fenced along with a great back porch thats screened in so very pleasant to sit outside.”

I wanted to rekindle our Nail Girl’s Trip and revive the yearly mountain trip! I found Sunset Cottage on Best Life Dr. in Brevard, and it was the perfect place for us! We had a wonderful, relaxing time shopping in Brevard and visiting at the cottage! Carol’s place was sooo clean and inviting! It was short…but so sweet to……

“The home was beautifully decorated, quiet and clean! We would definitely stay again when in the area!”

“We loved staying here! Being close to town was perfect, and we had plenty of room for everyone. The fire pit area is nice, and in warmer weather it would be a nice spot to have lunch or dinner on the picnic table. Just be warned, the hill leading up to town is no joke! We absolutely would stay here again!”

“Property nice clean access, neighbors nice clean surroundings and quiet. Walked to game at Fluor field within literally minutes, awesome game and venue. Walked to downtown and falls at reedy park which was also amazing. If you didn’t absolutely want to, once you arrive you would never HAVE to drive anywhere between walking proximity and the trolley system. Awesome stay we will be back and we will try and stay in same rental ”

“Great communication before our stay. This house is well laid out with all the amenities, renovated bathrooms and comfortable beds. Nice open kitchen/living room/dining room layout with nice reclining chairs and a couch in the living area. It’s on a quiet street and a short stroll to downtown Brevard with all its restaurants and shops, which was nice after a day of hiking in Pisgah. The privacy fenced backyard with deck and hot tub is a relaxing place to hang out. Great stay!”

“This home is lovely. Clean and close to town. The owner, Graham, was available but everything was so clearly explained prior to arrival that we didn’t need him for anything! Which to me is a huge plus. Brevard is a great area with lots of outdoor stuff to do. Would stay with Graham if back in this area. ”
